For their loyalty, "Exxon John" wants to give the oil giant a $1.2 billion tax cut, on top of the record $11.68 billion in earnings Exxon reported for the second quarter of 2008. In fact, "Exxon John's" energy "plan" would lavish the five largest American oil companies with $3.8 billion in tax cuts.
